Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,

There are lot of ways you can control your dandruff . Medically you can use keconazole shampoo twice a week .Along with this there are steroidal lotions to apply at night. If very sever then you can take isotretinoin tablets, but one needs to go for certain investigations before taking that.
In home remedies you can try using lemon on hair, but it be difficult to say how effective it would be.

To prevent hair loss ,one needs to sleep well ,eat well, relive stress, take green leafy vegetables, high protein diet, sprouts ,fresh fruits etc. Check out your thyroid status and serum iron level too.

Hope this answers your query ,if you have any further questions ,kindly write back to us.
