Suggest Treatment For Sclerotic Ear Infection With Loss Of Hearing

Hi iam having problem with left ear ,my hearing is getting declined some times pus is coming but i don t feel any kind of pain.I had consulted a ent specialist,he is saying to operate for left ear as bone got distracted,x-ray report is saying left ear matoid cell got sclerotic,can any one please suggest me a solution is my hearing will improve.

Dear don't worry may be your suffering from CSOM with chronic mastoiditis with scelrosis of hair cells in the mastoid.

This may be due tochronic Infection in the middle ear with mastoid involvement.

Dear youau need cortical mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty surgery. Consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
