Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Mucous In The Stool
I have a cold that started yesterday with intense congestion. All day today I have had alot of plegm along with runny nose and coughing. When I went to the toilet, there was a fair amount of mucus in my stool. Could that be directly from my throat? I assumed it would be digested and not go through my body like that.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend taking anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day and also recommend taking daily probiotics. You should to drink liquids and rest.
