General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

You seem to be suffering from fungal infection of the skin.

I would advise you to take the topical (cream/lotion/ointment) Azole antifungals such as Miconazole or Clotrimazole for the eradication of the fungal infection.

Topical Azoles are not or are minimally absorbed and hence unlikely to cause any harmful effects in your unborn child, thus they can be used at any stage of pregnancy.

Use this medication twice daily, keep the area dry and neat, use loose cotton underwear, etc.

Hope this will help.
