Suggest Treatment For Ring-worms, Painful Head Sores, Intermittent Fever And Headaches

I am 54 and 5 51/2 weighing 150. Recently I was diagnosed with ringworm after my head sores would not heal and seemed to worsen. I had at least 2 brown recluse spider bites on the top of my head from 10 years ago and also had a rash that covered a lot of my upper back and possibly caused more sores on my head. I already had some hard scabby sores on the mid sagittal line of the head from possible infection due to a gym s dirty wet sauna dripping on my head. Also due to harassment my personal sleeping area was contaminated and I was getting sores from contact with unknown infectious damp substance. My car was purposely being contaminated as I couldn t believe I was seeing a trash truck shaking its mechanical arm over my car that has a sun roof that was partially open. Many times I would feel something on my skin first a tickle and if I didn t itch it or use a treated cotton pad to clean it right away it would later have a very sore bump that was either hard and little or big and infected but not with pus. One time these irritations came close to my eyes attacking my eyebrow and eyelash line as well as the border of my eye socket. The infection on my head worsened as I tried to clear it up and I began to have a dull headache and what must have been intermittent fever as I would get very hot without any reason several times a day. Shortly after this I began to have blurry vision that has worsened and have been told I have cataracts after going to an ophthalmologist.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the assembly of symptoms suggest over concern of infection at various places of the surroundings, where one cannot get such big medical problem. It is one type of personality disorder or thinking disorder which leads to such an issue to grave extent.

My guidelines at present:
- Keep the skin areas clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of Hydrocortisone cream over the ring worm infested regions
- Boost immunity with high protein, vitamin rich diet
- Control of blood sugar
- Tablet acetaminophen or paracetamol for headache and fever
- Consult your primary care for any need of psychiatric evaluation after discussion of the case details.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
