Suggest Treatment For Rib Cage Pain

My ribs hurt terribly & I have random small bruises on the left side of my ribs & on the right side of my ribs hurt with a rash it s hard to breath I woke up in a panic bc my ribs & it hurts to breath when walked to get water to relax my knees hurt & earlier today was I was driving my arm hurt bad like I couldn t even drive ! Random but yesterday I keep losing feelin in my left toes,, What is goin on with me is this that thing going around or should I just sleep it off & worry about it tomorrow morning ?

There is possibility of rib contusion.
HRCT will help in diagnosis and confirmation.
Another common possibility can be herpes infection leading to rash and bruises.
