Suggest Treatment For Removal Of Sebaceous Cysts In And Around Labia

I have sebaceous cycsts in and around my labia. I have had them for years. sometimes they errupt. I have had two on my face and they have both errupted and then went away completely with a course of antibiotics. I want to know what makes me prone to these? are they caused by a virus? and how can I make sure I don't get any more? and because I have several (clusters) of them on my labia area I want to know if I should/could have them removed?? they are ugly, many have been there for years and if I have them removed if they will just come back or?? I'm 42 and healthy.
