Suggest Treatment For Redundant Colon

I had emergency surgery for volvolus in 2007 and have never felt right since..I have a redundant colon, I have BM s that are all water and I hear it slush in me when I move...sounds like water tripping in a cave...could my colon be twisting again? I had a ventral hernia repair in 2009 and have had terrible pain siince, gas trapped, sometimes I have to lay with a heat pad to get it to move out. But suddening I m going all water

Hello,

Abnormally long colons may cause may prone to fail to pass bowel frequently or nausea or vomiting.

So eat more fiber diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Regular exercise, drinking of plenty of water may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
