Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Kidney Infections

My mother,63yrs had a kidney transplant in1990. She is diabetic and hypertensive since 20 years.She was diagnosed withNHL in submandular(Bcell),was advised RCHOP.Just before her 1stchemo on 5th April,she was also diagnosed with stone in Ubladder, was removed 10days after Ist chemo,developed Neutropenic fever,was admitted to hospital, given conservative treatment.Again After about 7-8 days, high WBC's and fever and was admitted again.Her second chemo was delayed 15days because of these repeated infections. After 2nd chemo,she was admitted again because of .It was not only 3days after this that she got fever again. owing to ok blood reports doctor gave her antibiotics at home and suggested IgG and Igm against CMV( this is fine)Although fever went down after antibiotics and her 3rd chemo was which was due on 31st May was rescheduled on 3rd June. and she has developed fever again. TLC has gone upto 14.hasbeen given Augmentin and syscan. Fail to find cause of repeated infections .
