You need to visit an ENT surgeon who will do a test called Stroboscopy of your vocal cords. He also needs to assess the movements of various parts of your oral cavity.
In Stroboscopy, we get a complete picture of how your vocal cords appose and move during speech. Then you need to go to a speech therapist, and he will give you vocal rehabilitation exercises accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Rajat Basak
