Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Thigh

I have a rash on fronts of both thighs. The lymph nodes at tops of both legs are swollen & tender. Dr diagnosed rash as contact dermatitis & prescribed topical triamcinolon . Rash doesn t seem to be responding & swollen glands seem to be getting worse.

Hi,

You seem to have multiple lesions of folliculitis and impetigo with lymphadenopathy. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Have blood tests to rule out internal diseases like anaemia,DM,HIV and other systemic diseases.

Antibiotics with antiinflammatory drugs may be taken in proper doses for few weeks or till the cure. Antibiotic cream like sisomycine may be applied on the lesions. Have bath with water containing dettol liq. Improve diet and have good hygeine. You may be alright after few weeks treatment.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
