General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seems to be related to atopic dermatitis.
Some advices that I can give you are:
• Avoid scratching the rash because doing so can make it worse and could lead to infection.
• Apply an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to the affected area if the rash is very itchy and causing discomfort.
Calamine lotion can also help relieve rashes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
