Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate

When I vomit, which is rare, my heart beats abnormally, with extra beats and fast and slows down to normal speeds, this continues if anything a whole day after vomiting and sometimes on bad occasions 2 days. I feel extremely fatigued and short of breath almost like running a lap around the house, I can also have a mild headache, my heart will beat once then rapidly beat 7 or 8 times extremely fast.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

I suggest you not to worry much. You should understand that stress and anxiety do give you rapid heart beats and quick pulse. Not a matter of worry.

They will subside when your stress is cleared. You should know that these problems are not mental diseases, but are mental disorders.

Many researches and researchers confirm that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Exercise, Life style changes, change in thinking pattern, relaxation etc are as essential as medicines.

Psychotherapy can help you changing your lifestyle and thinking patterns. Yoga and meditation help you to streamline your metabolism and neurological balance.

Please consult your doctor for further information.
Thank you.
