Suggest Treatment For Puffy Eye Lids With Neck Pain

I have this problem of puffy eyelids (both lower and upper) and pain around the lower neck at times which increases/decreases from time to time. Also, I have a gastric problem which I feel aggravates the pain in the lower neck region. Pls suggest what could be the possible reason

cervical spondilosis is to be diagnosed by taking MRI cervical spine. If present then use cervical color. no pillow at sleep. Combiflam tablet and hot phontation over neck is to be taken over neck. Kidney function test is to be done. Reason can be cervical spondilosis or kidney related.
