Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

I really need some advice and help, as I've started to think of the worst possible, cancer.
I'm 25, female. (I've started smoking lightly at the beginning of 2014. Have decided to quit now, had my last cigarette last Sunday). Almost a year ago my periods stopped and after 3 months I've started it with a help of a hormonal supplement. It was all okay for a couple of months and periods stopped again. At that time, thought that maybe due to stress at work, I've started to feel no control over me when around food, especially sugary stuff, started binge eating, which I'm still struggling with for a half year now, have gained 5 kg already. I took hormonal supplement once more and periods came back. (It's very different from the way it used to be, very irregular, not much blood). Whatever I do, I can't lose any weight, I just seem to keep on gaining it, doesn't matter if I don't eat, eat less calories or more calories. Sometimes it all feels foggy and I just can't stop eating, even if I feel so full I could burst. So far, after taking hormones second time, have had period twice, waiting for a third time now. Maybe it's Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome I'm struggling with?.. I feel completely out of shape, bloated most of the time, though I go to the gym almost every day, sometimes I can't sleep or sleep very poor, and also recently, over a month ago, my lip corners got really badly cracked, and I believe it's angular cheilitis, which also can be a sign of a cancer, and though I've been using oral gel called Daktrarin for quite a few weeks now, cracks won't go away, it just all seems to be getting worse.
Please, help me, I'm really worried and just don't know what to do any more.
