eczema is common in my family, I have it on my shins. I m having a problem with diaper rash type situation in the crack, and the blister like sores seem exactly like eczema. usually looks more like watered down blood on tissue though, rather than clear fluid. The skin is dark red more like a diaper rash. I ve read that mango oil can cause an eczema reaction on skin, and this problem occurred while drinking a lot of Mikes harder mango which is a malt alcohol beverage, but it s genuine mango juice, definitely not just a synthetic flavoring. However from research I ve done indicates the pulp or juice of mango should not cause any problem such as this. Can it be ruled out? Also would vinegar and water mixture be acceptable remedy to attempt on this issue? Thank You
