Suggest Treatment For Painful And Heavy Menstruation

I m a 35 year old woman. The last 2 years my periods have become very heavy with clots ranging in size from grapes to small oranges each month. I have severe cramping and feel as though my uterus is going to fall out when i urinate. I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed by uterus to be 8.7X3.9X6.2 in size. My left ovary could not be seen. The endometrial stripe thickness was 11mm. a small amount of fluid was observed in the cul-de-sac. The right ovary is 3.6X2.9X2.9 and contains a 1.5cm follicle. I need help and am in serious pain each month. I am very moody. some months my period lasts more than 2 weeks and a few months I have had a period every 2 weeks.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You seem to suffer from dysfunctional uterine bleeding which is hormonal changes in the endometrium.
However, you should get endometrial biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis and rule out endometrial hyperplasia or carcinoma.
Hope you found the answer helpful .
Wishing you good health.
