Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Rid Cage

about half way through a full breath i have a sharp pain in my lower left rib cage and between two of my ribs about 3 in long it feels like my ribs are bruised and i never hit it its been like this for 3 days now should i stick it out or go to the er i tried gas x im sure its not gas

Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
3. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
4. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Do all these for 1 week, you will mostly improve.
If you don't improve after 1 week better to consult doctor.
