Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Body And Dizziness

Hi , i have been very sick for over 8 month,my symptoms are heavy chest pain, numbness under the breast which has spread from left to the right, back pain , pain in the arms and legs, light headed, dizzy, headaches and bad night sweats. I had my 1st Mri 4 month ago where they found a lession on my T6, after that i had a pet scan where they found several enlarged Lymph nodes, soft tissues and cysts throughout my Pelvic, chest and neck. They did a biopsy of the parotid gland which they said came back benign. They did a Bone marrow biopsy which also has been benign. After now 3-4 Month i had another Pet scan , Mri from the Spine and a Pelvic Ct with new findings. More enlarged Lymph nodes, several Lymph nodes 13mm in the Porta hepatis, parotid gland (suv 13.6 before was 6.2) , PCS and so on. The hospital i have been seen at is not having any Diagnosis yet and seems like that they taking to much time while i m in horrible pain. I got fentanyl patches 50mg, morphine, oxycodone, zofran etc..... i wonder what that can be and if there is anything i can do to get better treatment or a faster diagnosis?

Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Infection, autoimmune disease as well as cancer can cause enlarged lymph nodes. with cancer the growth of them is, of course, unregulated and they look abnormal with the other immunological stimuli, they look big, but normal. Sometimes, infections from animals occur and the germs are unknown. tetracycline usually works.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
