General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted your history of being unmarried and aged 26 years, have pain in testes and consultation with General Surgeon and who said nothing wrong and just take painkillers.
Finding of the fluid on ultrasonography itself is indicative of chronic infection. There is a history of recurrent pain, which indicates that there has to be reason and can be found out on MRI.
Once diagnosed a possible curative treatment can be achieved. Get the MRI or any other investigations only when you have pain to get the positive findings; do not get investigated if you do not have symptoms otherwise false negative results do come.
