Suggest Treatment For Pain In Scapula, Triceps And Biceps

Have had an injury for 16 months. I am a dentist and bodybuilder. Initially thought it was a right rotator cuff tear,as the injury occured while bench pressing, but 2 MRI's discount tear. I have Pain in scapula, tricep, biceps into forearm. I get massage therapy twice a week which is the most help. I have had chiropractic and accupuncture treatment and a cortisone shot to rt. shoulder. Mild benefits only. Obtained results of Neck MRI today. At C6-7 there is a left paramedian disc herniation with an annular tear which abuts the spinal cord. Mild stenosis AP .9cm. No signif neural foraminal encroachment. C4-5 lt param disc hern with disc bulge anterior impressioin on the thecal sac. No canal stenosis. What does this mean.
