Suggest Treatment For Pain In Fingers And Neck

I have been having dull aching pain in my left middle and ring fingers for couple of weeks. Thought it might be arthritis/weather related but I also have intermittant pain on left side of neck, upper arm, shoulder and rib cage below the armpit. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and take medication for this as well as GERD. I am 61 year old female.

Looking to your age this could be age related problem "Geriatric problem" and this can be best treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, some time steroid can be tried if does not have the diabetes, and Prednisone is the best option can be taken in tapper manner, hope this helps.
