Suggest Treatment For Pain And Irregularity In Periods

Hey, my name is zara, 19 years old and I have not got my periods past 1 month and I have to get on 12th June, 2015 but I still didn t get till July ? The thing is that I m still virgin, I m just wondering i get my periods regular every month, sometimes dates differs maybe bcz of ponston tablet, I get very heavy bleeding and painful periods every month. What I should do ? I m so worried.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. You should be worried but not too much. It seems your hormonal level is not that high for normal periods. You should check estradiol and progesterone,then treat according to results. Try to follow diet enriched phytoestrogens or progesterone after results.
