Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

would like a 2nd opinion. I am scheduled for a full hysterectomy. I have a 4cm complex solid cyst on one ovary and a hyperechoic focus on the other. I have had frequent urination, pressure in lower abdomen, dizzy, weak legs at times. My CA125 was normal. I am 67 years old. Would you also advise a total hysterectomy?

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The imaging findings says there is a complex cyst on one ovary and hyper echoic foci in the other ovary.
2.And there are no other findings like - involvement of the adjacent structures like bladder, ureters and adnexa, so still in early stage.
3.At this point of time bearing your age in mind - treatment of choice will be as advised - Total hysterectomy.
4. Frequency of urine and lower abdominal pressure could be due to infective aetiology.
5.Suggest to follow as your advise - good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
