my mom is having pain in the neck area on s off for the last 1 year....on taking advice from an ent specialist it was said as thyroiditis...she was given prednisolone...she improved but frequently recurs.....nowadays she is having pain also on pressing on that area.....what r the treatment options....what is the prognosis
