Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed After Throwing Tantrums
hi i have a 4 year old and she is throwing some out of control tantrums, its been 2 years now and getting worse, they are not over cant having things because that does not worrie if i say no but thet are over being in a routine...she hates it from having a bath to having dinner to going to bed, and today i notice she had a tantrum and her nose started bleeding....help
Hi, thanks for asking. In my opinion the tantrum and the nose bleed are not related. So do not worry about it. I would suggest following things for you. 1. Make a visual schedule of her routine for her. Beside the chore write the consequences of not doing that chore. eg. No bath no going to the park, No brushing teeth at night then no bed time stories. 2. The consequences that you decide should be relevant and immediate. Then they will be more effective. 3. At the end of the day if all the chores are completed then she gets a reward or a star I hope these tips will help you.
