Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking. In my opinion the tantrum and the nose bleed are not related. So do not worry about it. I would suggest following things for you.
1. Make a visual schedule of her routine for her. Beside the chore write the consequences of not doing that chore. eg. No bath no going to the park, No brushing teeth at night then no bed time stories.
2. The consequences that you decide should be relevant and immediate. Then they will be more effective.
3. At the end of the day if all the chores are completed then she gets a reward or a star
I hope these tips will help you.
