Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As the treatment will be simple to do some general exercises for the neck - static neck exercises, shoulder stabilization exercises, inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises and trapezius strengthening, Forearm and grip strengthening exercises. For hip & waist - doing core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring and static Quadriceps. Correction of posture is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
