These Medication will provide you symptomatic relief and in case if you want complete resolution you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and investigations like PNS VIEW x ray or MRI SCAN çan help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised a course of antibiotics along with decongestant Oral as well as Nasal Spray containing Xylometazoline along with Ibuprofen and anti allergics like Levocetrizine..
