Hello, I am Swapna, married and a daughter almost 4years. I have pain in my both hand,in shoulder muscle and joint, right hand pain is almost 5 years old.For 1yrar I am having neck pain, and pain in right disc the side it touched cervical spine, which is unbearable.I can't lift up or down my hands, can't sleep. Sometimes I feel numbness in my hands.MRI of Cercical Spine says " subtle anterior osteophytes at few level, annular bulge at C3-C4 & C4-C5 level is causing thecal indentation. No nerve root compression. I have taken physiotherapy for long time, but didn't work. Recently on my Neuorologist advice I have taken I.F.T but my pain increases. Please advise me what should be right thing to do for me, I am helpless, Orthopaedics have suggested the same physiotherapy.Thank you
