Hi,

First of all, you should know that nurokind-lc is not a treatment for migraine. Moreover, the high level of l-carnitine in nurokind -lc can aggravate headache. Second, you should measure your blood pressure and if it was high, you should receive medical treatment, decrease salt and fat intake and do an ECG and an ECHO on your heart. Night shifts and exposure to chemical can aggravate headache, so you should measure the heavy metals in your blood. For example, the level of lead in the blood is toxic to the brain. If you did not have a cardiac disease hypertension or a toxic condition, you could take sumatriptan 50 once to abort the attack then you could take propranolol 20 mg every 6 hours as a prophylaxis. For your mother, she should measure her blood pressure and take medical treatment and decrease salt and fat intake if her blood pressure is high. Then the hormonal therapy for contraception or replacement therapy can aggravate headache, so she should ask a gynecologist for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
