General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately it is an advanced disease and cure is not possible at this stage. There is no point in removing the tumor from spine and it will not provide any surgical advantage.

Radiotherapy and chemo therapy are the treatment of choice at this stage. Surgery is required only when there is fracture or weakness secondary to spine metastasis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
