General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, once the medicine being stated for thyroid dysfunction, then symptoms comes under control and slowly go away, as long as the medicine is concern for both the hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are different in your case Thyronorm is indicated for hypothyroidism.

Your stated symptoms may not be due to hypothyroidism but it seems to be due to some other disease or illness, sometime it may be nonspecific, you can have paracetamol tablet three times in day.

Meanwhile, routine work up of Blood and urine are advisable, possibility of some infection needs to be rules out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
