Suggest Treatment For Lupus

Hi I have been running a low grade fever for a couple of months almost everyday. I have been tested for lupus, r.a, thyroid, infection and mono. All tests come back good. Due to go back and get a sonogram and check my hormone levels in a week. I m so frustrated! Really just want it to go away so I will feel like myself again. Does anyone have any ideas other than these? Thank u.
