Hello,

The lower back pain with UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) is indicative of possible calculus or gravels in the urinary system. The itching issue is allergy related, either drug-induced or else.

Tips at present are:
- Plenty of liquid is main stay of management.
- Get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis that finds out the underlying cause of pain and infection, clinical management accordingly.
- Citrus fruits intake help.
- Antihistamine medications for allergy issue and simultaneously discuss current drug changes if any needed with your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
