Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that all problems might be due to pinched nerve pressure and having diabetec neuropathy.
Go for regular physiotherapy of neck and shoulder.
Take B1, B6, B12 shots or capsule daily.
Control diabetes.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
