Hello,

In my view, you must take undergo CT thorax and bronchial lavage cytology to diagnose diseases like Sarcoidosis, tuberculosis, and another interstitial lung disease.

Apart from that low-grade fever, lethargy, and chest pain along with nodules on the lungs can be caused by tuberculosis. Look for other symptoms like weight loss, night sweats, palpable nodules below the skin(lymph node enlargement), and rash.

In meantime, you can take paracetamol for fever, and use a Vitamin B complex supplement like Berroca or Mega B may help with symptoms of lethargy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
