Suggest Treatment For Low BP

I have had low blood pressure occasionally in the past. Due to extreme fatigue and weakness in the past week, I am concerned that I may be experiencing LBP. I have MS and activity level has been low due to recent weather trends of high humidity. My age is 54 and weight 108. Height 5 3 . Thank you

Dear patient,

Indeed, hypotension can present as fatigue, and given the warm weather you mention, it could be related to dehydration. We define low blood pressure usually as below 90/60; you should have measurements along with a clinical evaluation to determine if you are well hydrated.

Hope this helps, wish you the best,
