Suggest Treatment For Loud Beeping Sound In The Head
Hi ...I am listening a very high beep sound in my head and it goes sharp when I try to do something from a long time I was very depressed and I can t talk with the people because of it and it shaking my head continuously when I do something and I feel less breathing and fear and sometimes I feel bit current going through in my body and sometimes my leg is shaking continuously and I can t stand properly ....sometime I feel like i am not contious and not in this world and in a dream.please help me what should I do .
Your problem of beeping in the head, feeling depressed, leg shaking can be associated with many causes. but do not worry. It may be simply due to lack of sleep and excessive fatiguability .sometimes it may be because of stress, lack of proper diet, anemia, or dehydration.
it can be because of continuous exposure to excessive sound - may be loud music. Occasionally obstruction of the ear due to wax or some infection can give rise to such issues.
So, first of all, relax, go for some walk and medication. do not overexert yourself. take care of your diet.
Take plenty of liquids and lots of fruits and vegetables. make sure to have a good night's sleep of about 7-8 hours. start taking some multivitamins.
If this does not work out, then go for some investigations like complete blood count, vitamin d, vitamin b12, TSH, electrolytes done.
