General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The possible reason for loose stools is antibiotic used for acne as Minoz tablet. In our clinic, I recommend to stop further doses of Minoz tablet and discuss with your doctor for the alternative.
Addition of lactobacillus containing probiotics in the drug basket along with metronidazole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
