Suggest Treatment For Lipoma

Hi, my husband is 35 yrs old. He already has a lipoma measuring 4 by 5 cm on back just next to his back bone at lumbar level. Tday i found another lipoma measuring 2 by 2.5 cm on his back near the floating rib. Im very worried about it. Can u help me with that ?
