hi my mother is suffering from lack of hungriness low hemoglobin and weakness at first doctor had said that it is urine infaction and he suggested (jetamicine) injection but today when we had changed the doctor then this doctor had said that my mother might be suffering from any nephrology problem so i want to know best doctor in this field in lucknow my ph. no is 0000 my id is YYYY@YYYY tell me as soon as possible

Gentamycine is nephrotoxoic drug
So it need renal function moinotiring
Regarding loss of appetite may be due to gastroenterology problems like dyspepsia or due to currenet UTI
Now your mothr need urine culture and supportive managment for renal impairement.
