Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain And Stiffness In The Neck

Hello Doctor, I have been tested positive for HLA B27. I had consulted an orthopaedic and he has recommended Inmecin alongwith some pain killers. I never thought I would be diagnosed with Ankylosy Spondylisis. My Xray of spine is absolutely clear with no effect to sacroiliac joint. But i am having immense pain in left knee ( which i thought would be because of some sports related injury). Also i experience some amount of pain and stiffness in the neck region. Please help me since I have read online that inspite of being hla b27 positive a person might not have ankylosy spondilytis.
