Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Buttock

I have little mosquito bite bumps that itch on my buttocks, mostly just the cheeks but have spread to the back of my thighs and started at the base of my spine. They are really itchy and when i scratch they bleed and turn into sores that scab. The ones in the crevace of my butt are always moist, have been thinking of putting baby powder on the to dry them out but please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It appears to be a prickly heat/ sweat rash caused in hot humid climate due to blocked sweat glands. Kindly dry your skin after taking bath and then wear loose clothing .
Kindly use a prickly heat powder.
Donot use any type of oil-based product that might block your sweat glands. Use a Calamine lotion to relieve itching and irritation.

Regards
Dr.Riyanka
