Suggest Treatment For Irritable Colon

i have an irritable colon. i cannot eat fruits or vegetables, no sweets or chocolate. i eat yogart daily and will have nornal bowel movements and then all of a sudden they become gooey at the end of the movement or i will eat sometihng and it goes right throgh me. what is going on?

I you have IBS, and is there for a long time with no relief with your domicilary treatment, Please see your doctpr. He may refer you to a Gastroenterologist for a Colonoscopy examination so that the State of your Colon can be mapped. Some other tests would also be done before deciding on final treatment.
