Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menses

Hello Sir,I am 27 years old with PCOD & irregular periods, sometime for more then 3 months.I had tried English medicines & Ayurveda medicines with not much success.Now I am trying acupressure, however the irregular period problem is still there.Do you know if Homeopathy / Unani would help ?Thanks- Kiran

Hi Kiran, thanks for posting your query on this forum.
PCOD is very rampant these days amongst young girls, it leads to symptoms like irregular periods, heavy periods or no periods because of anovulation, acne, hirsuitism, hair thinning or hair loss (due to excess androgenic hormones), obesity (insulin resistance), subfertility, etc.
In Allopathy the line of treatment for PCOD is usually to induce ovulation consists of Hormone Replacement therapy, medicines reducing insulin resistance, etc.
With homeopathy the hormonal fluctuations are controlled and ovulation is induced naturally.
I have seen many cases of PCOD where females have got regular menses after Homeopathy.
