Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

hi iam a 35 yr old woman taking 150mg everynte for the last 7 months my doctor hasnt precribed me theses truth is i was suffering from insomnia and have 3 small kids she helped a bit den refused to give me anymore help even though i wasnt sleepin so i started to buy theses just to help me sleep i cant go bk and ask her help last time i was there she told me if she had more concern for me then she wud have concern for my kids you are my only help please tel me how to get off this drug thank you so much

I can understand your concerns.

You have to slowly taper the drug. Reduce the dose of drug by 20% every week otherwise it can cause withdrawal symptoms.

Also, practice sleep hygiene habits like
Avoiding daytime nap.
Not taking tea, coffee and alcohol after evening.
Ensuring proper day light exposure.
Taking a warm water water bath at bedtime.
Drinking a glass of warm milk.
Keep your room clean and tidy place to sleep with some good fragrance sprayed.
Practice relaxation exercise like deep breathing and meditation.
