Suggest Treatment For Ingrown Toenail

I have an.ingrown toe nail and scared to get it removed because i am 24 weeks pregnet.. is it safe to do this well it hurt the baby. Are the antiboitics safe as well.. there going tonumb the nail to be able to remove it is that safe.... help me please
