Hi
greetings
I can understand your situation. I presume that your husbands semen analysis is normal.
AMH is missing in your investigation. Amh is a hormone secreted by ovarian follicle which can guide us about your ovarian function.

I suggest you to go for a follicular study starting from 7 to 8 the day of your menses. That can help us how your follicles are growing and accordingly a decision can be taken. If there is proper ovulation then timed intercourse or IUI can be tried depending up on the indications.
I hope your fallopian tubes patency was confirmed.
Consultation with an infertility specialist will help you.Hope my answer helps you. Regards
