Suggest Treatment For Infection Behind The Ear
I have an infection behind my ear. I have had it for a couple weeks, and it has been spreading. it oozes a yellow pus and now i have bumps. i first tried neosporene, no luck. then i got jock itch cream, not doing much. I tried soaking it in salt water last night.

It seems that there might be having some local skin lesion like dermatitis leading to bacterial infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine to cure this infection.
Clean local part properly and do dressing with antibiotic cream, preferable by the doctor.
