Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Night symptoms appear to be secondary to anxiety resulting in chest pain and shortness of breath.
2. As you are not affected during day time, it is not related to hormone withdrawal.
3. Sustanon had been very helpful. However, taking it for a longer time has plenty of side effects.
4. Relaxation and meditation along with moderate exercises and good nutrition essential.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
